Firms who are affected by globalization and the strict conditions of competition, are agreed about the importance of human being to be affective and to get ready for the future. Because of that companies started to attach importance to talent and management of talent to get a competitive advantage. Firstly, it is explained that talent and the concepts of talent in this study and the second part includes the resource based perspective. Lastly, according to the theoretical framework and the studies of the researchers and some application results, relations of talent management and the concepts of research based perspective are analyzed.. In Conclusion, we can say that after inspiration of resource-based view, human resources bases should give the more importance to talent management and basic skills. Also, talent and talent management concepts should be kept in the organization as a philosopy and in the forefront as an element of competitive advantage.
