The students, who attended statistic lessons during the academic year of 2015-2016 at the Azerbaijan State Economy University or took these lessons before, had been selected to conduct this survey, which is focused on measuring the students attitudes toward statistics. Thus, it was aimed at finding the students attitudes toward statistics and lecturer of that lesson by applying three-stage survey application on 110 students who compose the subject of this survey. One of the main goals of this survey is to detect the students attitudes toward statistics, as well as to examine how the school they study at, gender and class level effects on their attitudes, and to determine whether or not the attitude scale toward statistics has the validity and reliability features in consequence of gained indications. The data of this survey had been collected with the Scale of Attitude Toward Statistic Lesson modified by survey makers. As a result of the factor analysis, 43 attitude items were investigated under 4 factors (Factors eigenvalue of Qualification of Represented Lesson - 15,100 and its declared variance - %35,11; Factors eigenvalue of Anxiety-Fear from Statistic - 4,685 and its declared variance - %10,894; Factors eigenvalue of Enjoyment of Statistic - 2,899 and its declared variance - %6,743; Factors eigenvalue of Opinions about Teachers - 2,435 and its declared variance - %5,664). The four factors include 58,417% of the total variance explained and for the 43-item scale, internal consistency was calculated as Cronbach α =0,953. According to the results, it can be said that the findings obtained have the validity and reliability features of the attitudes towards statistics lesson.
