In this research, it is aimed to determine of correlation between the marks of mathematics achievements and attitudes with performance tasks with parental involvement supported by Project-Based Learning Aproach, which is used as a teaching and learning method, on the elemantary 5th grade students mathematics lesson. Single group post-test model was used in the research. The data of the research were collected with mathematics achievement test, the scale of mathematics lesson and the rubric which was prepared for evaluating the performance tasks applied to the students at the end of the study. The study group of the research was composed of a class with 25 students at an elementary school in Buca district, İzmir. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were tested for corelation among scores of performance tasks, mathematics achivement and mathematics attitudes at analysing the data. At the end of the research, a statistically meaningful difference was observed between the performance tasks, mathematics achievements and attitudes. A high positive correlation was determined between the scores obtained from performance tasks and mathematics achievements, on the other hand a moderate relationship was determined between the scores obtained from performance tasks and mathematics attitudes. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, on the other hand, it is showed up that the scores of performans tasks are predictor of the students mathematics achievements.
