Information sharing is to transfer the knowledge of the individual in the organization to the other individuals within the scope of knowledge management. Information sharing is of vital importance for all the organizations aiming at success. In this study information sharing is designed to examine innovative behavior and the effects of organizational trust. Creating an innovative culture of sharing information in terms of employees and organizational trust the managers and sub-dimensions, providing confidence among employees and the institution has been tried to draw attention to the importance of the role. In this context, the furniture industry operating in a questionnaire was administered to 209 employees. SPSS 16.0 program, frequency, correlation and regression analysis were subjected to. As a consequence, participants in the sharing of information with the innovative behavior of employees dimensions of organizational trust and confidence in the managers, colleagues, significant relationship between trust and confidence institution were identified.
